About the play
Ari & Noah is a character-driven play about partnership, recognition, responsibility and the ordinary structures through which a shared life is built. Work, home, care, calendars, sound and practical action become dramatic material as the characters negotiate what it means to remain distinct while creating something durable together.
The play is organised in two acts and five movements, with the interval after Scene Twelve. Its sixteen scenes move continuously between home, work, school, transport and public space.
No role is assigned a gender by the text. Age, embodiment, background and theatrical realisation remain open to production, allowing the play's central partnership to be encountered without predetermined gender coding.
